The Floyd L. Maines Community Center is located at:

Town of Conklin Resident:
$300 ($100 refunded after the event if the venue is left in good condition.)
Weekday Rates:
(Monday-Thursday 5 to 11 P.M.) – $200 ($50 refunded)
Celebration of Life Events:
$300 ($100 refunded)
Town of Conklin Not-For-Profits:
$175 ($50 refunded)
Other Not-for-Profits:
$300 ($75 refunded)
Rental Pricing:
Non-Resident: $400 ($100 refunded after the event if the venue is left in good condition.)
For any rental, it is an additional $50 to get into the building the day before.
THERE IS NO WIFI/INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER.
If alcohol will be served, the Town requires a Certificate of Liability from the renter’s homeowners insurance naming the Town of Conklin additional insured.
The Community Center is considered “booked” once it is paid for (cash or check only, no credit/debit cards) and the contract is signed. NO PHONE RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. Reservations are to be made in person at the office of the Town Clerk (link to Town Clerk page). The Clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. until 4 P.M. You may call 607-775-3454 to check the availability of a particular date.
The Community Center has 7 round tables and 12 rectangular tables and chairs for all the tables. There is a full kitchen (stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot) but no cooking utensils or plates or silverware.
